Roger and Sam,

My wife and I just finished our first month of Blackshear's boot camp and we loved it. Previously, I used several vigorous fitness routines, including distance running and weight training, but boot camp was more interesting, challenging and fun. We lost weight, and gained strength, flexibility, stamina and confidence.

Roger and Sammy run a great one hour program, five days a week. Everyday is different and rewarding. We did not know what to expect with boot camp, but the exercises are varied and intense. Half-way through our first month, we knew we would renew for another. One of the unique aspects of boot camp is that everyone can progress at their own speed. My wife and I were equally challenged, even though we had different fitness levels and aptitudes. The program is designed to be as dynamic as your ability increases.

Roger and Sam,

I wanted to write this because I want people to know just how good the Blackshear fitness boot camps really are. I have been going for a little over a month now and I can already see great results. My girlfriend had been going and after several attempts finally convinced me to attend. We both have lost weight, our body fat % is down and we feel great!

I have always been athletic and I play soccer all of the time. With that said I wasn’t sure how much different this could be from just going to the gym and doing the workouts I learned in college etc...Boy was I wrong. The workouts that Roger and Sam put together are very challenging at all levels of fitness. I think one of the best things about the boot camps is that no matter where you are at on a fitness level you still are pushed both mentally and physically. The group is very motivating and fun to be around which makes working out much more fun.

I have tried in- home workout programs and various classes but nothing is the same as the Blackshear fitness boot camps. The group, the workouts, and the motivation that they provide help you to get to physical levels you didn’t realize you could reach. I can’t thank you guys, and my girlfriend haha, enough for giving me the tools and motivation to get to where I want to be both physical and mentally.
