![]() We offer a comprehensive and affordable personal training program. Our Personal training program is designed for clients with specific goals and that wish to workout in private. Different fitness goals require different exercise workouts. For example, weight loss workouts are very different than muscle toning, health fitness, or sport specific workouts. Our personal training approach is to tailor each exercise program to your needs. We will work one-on-one with you each step of the way and get you to your goal. Our sessions run 30 min, or 60 min and no equipment is required but is recommended (so that you may keep to your routine between sessions). NO SURPRISES. We believe in being up front in our approach. We want you to be well informed of the personal training process so that we may be of more service to you. -You contact us indicating you are interested in personal training and set up a Consultation appointment. -The consultation will include the taking of measurements (weight, body fat and circumference), a nutrition questionnaire and posture analysis test. -After assessing your results, we will compare them to your desired goals. We will then present our different session program options. - The Consultation Fee is $30. *This fee will be credited back if you decide to purchase any personal training or bootcamp session packages.
